Grew up in Richmond, Virginia.
Started working at 14.
Sports, caddying, and shop classes shaped how I think—competition, responsibility, accountability.
Work started on the floor—fitness, retail, restaurants, and manufacturing.
Moved into sales and marketing—then operations, then leadership.
Eventually ran a company.
Now helping build and run better ones.
Day IN, DAY OUT
Early mornings.
Work starts before anything else.
Most days are a mix of calls, projects, job sites, and problem solving.
Outside of work: time in the shop, working out, riding bikes, and helping people around me.
Family, respect, and staying ahead of responsibilities come first.
Taking pictures, laughing at bad jokes, and trying to keep some time unscheduled.
